[There's a creak of a door and a chipper voice coming through the comms. Mikaela accidentally bumped her comm on.]

[The door  is pushed open with a thunk, then there's a long, long silence.

And then there's a crash, and a long scream.]

Lotta new people again. They always come in waves, that's so weird.

[She's moving...sort of. There's a rustle of fabric, and it kinda sounds like she's in bed.]

Y'think things are normal sometimes and everythings gonna maybe be okay, then something happens.

[She swallows, then--]

...Rea's gone. [Before she can say anything else to betray her emotion or freak out, she cuts it off.]

[Mikaela's hands are shaking so hard the comm is audibly rattling.]

I...I seem to be missing...some of my things. [There's a pause where she turns the communicator off because she's having some ISSUES. A few minutes later she comes back, and she's a little calmer.]

WHACK. The communicator is thrown against the wall, and the feed cuts out.]

[Her voice is so shaky and freaked out, and she keeps looking down at herself to make sure she is actually alive and not a...blob of death.]

I... [She's feeling nauseated thinking about what happened. Dying doesn't exactly agree with Mikaela.]
